OUGD404 - Speech Made Visible

In our design principle sessions with fred we started to learn about speech made visible, we learnt that text written in different ways by using a larger point size for one word could convey the tone of a sentence or even an accent. The task we were given was a list of accents that we had to go away and fine a relevant typeface to fit with the accent. We had to consider point size and spacing of words and letters.

The accents we were given to look at were.
- Geordie
- Welsh
- Yorkshire
- Irish
- Pirate
- Essex
- Scouse
- Jamaica
- Russian
- French
- Australian
(in order)
